Cancellation Policy
hi friend!
a valid card on file, with a deposit, is required to book your appointment & secure your time slot!
zelle or cash is always preferred, tap to pay available with 2.5% card fee (majority of all debit/ credit cards accepted).
cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total (unless communicated & waived under special circumstances, by me, tay).
no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. anymore than 2 no-shows and you will be blocked from booking. nothing personal & wish you the best elsewhere!
